1. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full before preparation begins.
We currently accept payment via Zelle.

Orders are confirmed only after payment has been received. Please include your name and order number in the payment memo to avoid delays.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order at our discretion.

2. Catering Orders

Catering orders may require advance notice depending on order size.

For large catering events, a deposit may be required. Cancellation policies for catering orders are as follows:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup/delivery may receive a partial refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours may be non-refundable due to food preparation and ingredient purchasing.

Specific catering terms may be communicated at the time of booking.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of prepared food products, all sales are final.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at (312) 593-2310 so we can resolve the matter promptly.

4. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Our kitchen handles common allergens including but not limited to peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, soy, dairy, and gluten.

While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of allergens. Customers with severe allergies should contact us directly before placing an order.

5. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.

6. Website Use

All content on this website, including images and text, is the property of Noy’s Lao & Thai Kitchen and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Noy’s Lao & Thai Kitchen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or consumption of our products.
