At Noy’s Lao & Thai Kitchen, all food items are freshly prepared to order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

No Refunds

Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

This includes:

• Online orders

• Pickup orders

• Delivery orders

• Catering orders

Catering Orders

For catering orders, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time are non-refundable.

Deposits for large catering orders may be non-refundable once ingredients have been purchased or preparation has begun.

Payment Method (Zelle)

Payments made via Zelle are processed directly through your financial institution. Once payment is sent, it cannot be reversed by Noy’s Lao & Thai Kitchen.
